Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a safe place for you to review your life and explore how you relate to others personally and professionally. Therapy works to relieve distress and promote personal growth through self-understanding, which can help you to develop better coping skills, alleviate distress, and lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

Therapy typically consists of face-to-face meetings between the therapist and client. The first few sessions are an assessment period in which the focus is on looking at the presenting issue and situation in the context of the individual’s relationships with others. Treatment includes exploration of alternative ways to address the problems identified and/or to provide a renewed focus for pursuing life goals.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, panic attacks, relationships, career, or other issues, you will find individual therapy useful.
